We are committed to providing our clients with high-quality, personalized services. However we stay consistently busy with drawing and tattooing every day. To help streamline the process here's some helpful information to get you started.

The easiest and preferred way is to email, call or send a text. Email and text are always the quickest method, and will be answered as soon as possible. If you have a particular artist you'd like to work with, please state that in your message.

Have an idea of what you'd like, reference pictures are helpful but aren't necessary. Even a theme is enough for us to create your perfect art, (example 'jungle theme with animals'). Feel free to send any pictures in the email or text

Because we charge by the tattoo and not by the hour, have a budget in mind that you'd like to stay within.
We are affordable, but not cheap, we do top notch work and there's a lot of expenses involved when doing so, but we will work within your budget as long as it's reasonable.

Weekends book up quickly, sometimes for months ahead, occasionally one opens up unexpectedly, but probably have a weekday in mind that works for you if you're wanting to get it done sooner.

Once we have figured out the overall concept of what you'd like, and a date for the appointment, be prepared to leave a deposit immediately to secure that day and time.

Deposits can be paid online, we will send you an invoice from Cypress Ink, either via text or email.
The minimum deposit is $100 and can go up to the full amount depending on factors such as total cost of tattoo, if it's a weekend appointment etc.
Invoices will self cancel 2 hours after they're sent if not paid. Deposits are non refundable.

Deposits can be paid with credit card, debit card, apple pay, etc online.

Once the deposit is received a confirmation message will be sent with appointment date/time, any remaining balance is due at the appointment.

You can also always stop in and speak with an artist and place the deposit in person, we accept cash or cards in shop.

Until a deposit is placed and confirmed, there is no appointment, unfortunately there will be no exceptions to this.
