If you give a 72 hour notice of cancellation we will gladly move your deposit to a new available date, we will do this once.
If you do not give proper notice you have 2 options, either pay the balance in full the day of the missed appointment, you will be rescheduled and owe nothing for the new appointment. Or lose the deposit.
Deposits are non refundable and non transferrable, no exceptions.
Ask the state of Washington, they tax all services including tattooing, we think it's ridiculous also. Washington gets the tax, we just have to collect it.
We also have to charge a small service fee for card payments.
Most clients do, but that is up to you, we always appreciate a tip but don't expect it. But certainly a good way to have your artist remember you.

If proper notice is given we will gladly move your appointment to a new day and no new deposit needed. Deposits are non refundable.
